Lottery tickets are awarded at random — winners are notified anywhere from about a week before the performance to day-of, depending on the Lottery. Most shows that offer Rush or Lottery have them for every performance, but the number of tickets distributed varies and is subject to availability.
Open the TodayTix app, find the show, and tap Unlock Now. Most London shows release Rush at 10 AM local time the day of the performance — tap Get Rush Tickets when the window opens. Enable Rush alerts so you're notified the moment seats are released.
