This tale of self-discovery tells the story of Ali, who decides to take the leap, leaving her small town and heading to New York City in search of her mother. When she gets a job as a burlesque dancer, her life is changed forever.

Burlesque the Musical based on the 2010 film of the same name, written by Steven Antin, who also adapted it for the stage. The film starred Cher, Christina Aguilera, Kristen Bell, Cam Gigandet, Stanley Tucci, Julianne Hough, Alan Cumming, and Peter Gallagher. This musical staging includes music by Christina Aguilera, who is also an executive producer for the show.

Burlesque the Musical in London has an excellent creative team led by director and choreographer Todrick Hall (Kinky Boots).

"This is a huge milestone in my life and career," said Hall. "I've always dreamt of being involved in the creative side of a brand new original musical, and I'm privileged, flattered and ecstatic to make my directorial debut with Burlesque The Musical!"
