“There’s something in our house. I hear it every night, at the same time.”

Jenny believes her house is haunted and is ready to seek answers. A comedy about partnership and long-term friends soon transforms into a haunted play where belief and skepticism clash. All the while, as dinner unfolds and arguments heighten, something is getting closer...

“I am still pinching myself on the journey my play *2:22 - A Ghost Story* has been on, from the West End to theatres on five continents across the world," playwright Danny Robins said in a statement. "What I set out to do when I wrote it was to create a play that will make you jump, laugh, cry, and go off into the night debating that age-old question ‘do ghosts exist?’ I love how our brilliant director Matthew Dunster has injected a dose of rock ‘n roll into the staging that makes for an exciting, exhilarating, adrenaline-filled night out. I can't wait to share this experience with New York audiences! Come—if you dare!”

## What to watch for
- Matthew Dunster (*Hangmen, The Hunger Games: On Stage*) and Gabriel Vega Weissman (*Guards at the Taj*) direct this play.
- The London production was nominated for three Laurence Olivier Awards in 2022, including Best New Play.
- Lily Allen starred as Jenny in the West End.
- [London Theatre](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/reviews/222-a-ghost-story-review-lyric-theatre-cheryl) awarded the show four stars in its glowing review.
