More information about Glengarry Glen Ross
David Mamet is a master of chronicling toxic masculinity, and in Glengarry Glen Ross he shows how sharp, devious, and cunning a group of Chicago realtors can be. A fierce competition propels the play: the salesman who sells the most amount of money in real estate gets a flashy new car, and the one who sells the least is kicked out of the office. Egos, wits, and high-flying strategies collide in this powerful drama about the limits of decency and care in the face of all-out greed.
As housing becomes more and more expensive, the play continues to take on deeper meaning over time. Director Patrick Marber first saw the play as a teenager and is now moved to bring it back home to Broadway. “I will do my utmost to ensure that this great American play brings audiences the same great pleasures it brought to me,” the Tony Award winner said in a statement.

- Kieran Culkin may be known for his screen credits but he’s no stranger to the stage, previously appearing in another revival of a classic, This Is Our Youth.
