“Dazzling vocals and stunning visuals bring Gatsby to life”
Audiences are swept away by this spectacular musical adaptation of the classic novel, with overwhelming praise for the incredible vocal performances, particularly Jeremy Jordan's magnetic turn as Gats...
It was a great story and very good acting for all cast members. The story was told with so much emotion. The tickets are pricey so try to find one that is on sale or discounted.
Visually stunning from the dance to the costumes to the set. Really creative use of staging at all times. Spent the whole show riveted! Felt like a creative feast! Gorgeous harmonies and vocals throughout. Felt the sound could have blown me away more- everything felt slightly muted but that’s me being super nitpicky. It was honestly such an opulent treat! Can’t imagine a better story to watch in NYC
It was a nice show and fun was had by all

One of the most beloved American novels of all time, The Great Gatsby is F. Scott Fitzgerald’s magnum opus. In the decades since its 1925 publication, the novel became a fixture of high school literature classes and inspired countless critically acclaimed adaptations, including a 2013 Baz Luhrmann film starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Jay Gatsby, Daisy Buchanan, and Nick Carraway are the main characters in this timeless tale of desire, ambition, and class in the 1920s, when Gatsby's quest to rekindle his old flame with Daisy upends the lives of everyone around him.
Director Marc Bruni, known for the Tony Award-winning Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, stages The Great Gatsby musical. Jason Howland and Nathan Tysen's original score infuses the jazzy music style of the '20s with a contemporary flair, and Kait Kerrigan's adapted book brings the Roaring Twenties to the 2020s.

The Great Gatsby features an original score with music and lyrics by Jason Howland and Nathan Tysen. Tysen is known for penning Broadway scores to musical versions of Ámelie and Tuck Everlasting, so he knows a thing or two about adapting beloved works for the stage.
F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote the 1925 novel of the same name that is the basis for this new musical. Kait Kerrigan (The Unauthorized Autobiography of Samantha Brown) adapted the script from the Fitzgerald's book, and Jason Howland (Little Women) and Nathan Tysen (Ámelie) wrote the score.
Marc Bruni, who directed the Tony, Grammy, and Olivier Award-winning Beautiful: The Carole King Musical on Broadway and in London's West End, stages The Great Gatsby musical.
