We do not provide a wheelchair hire service, however the show is wheelchair accessible.

Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical has accessible toilets. Please ask a member of staff if you have any difficulty locating them.

Assistance dogs attending the show must be fully trained to provide support for their handler and remain calm in dynamic environments with loud noises, flashing lights, and crowds. They should be clearly identified with a vest or harness, remain under control at all times, and not disrupt performances or interactive elements. They should be healthy, fully toilet-trained, and not constitute a hygiene risk.

Water bowls will be available for assistance dogs on request, otherwise handlers must ensure their dog’s needs are met, including breaks and hydration.

The show will contain loud music and some loud noises, periods of darkness, flashing lights, theatrical smoke/haze and crowds. The experience also includes optional, outdoor, funfair rides that may include intense elements, high speed movement or heights. The majority of the experience happens at ground level, although there are some raised areas, mezzanines and arena seating. We will have ear defenders, ear plugs and light sensitivity glasses available on request. Please see below for information on age suitability.

There will be performances scheduled that include audio description.

There will be performances at 12:30 Sunday 6th September and 12:30 Sunday 13th September that include BSL interpretation.

We offer priority access to avoid time spent in the queue. Please make yourself known to a member of our team upon arrival who will permit you entry.

Ear defenders, ear plugs and light sensitivity glasses will be available to use free of charge at the event. Please speak to one of our team when you arrive and they will be able to help you.

Featuring live music, a summer fairground and classic American diner inspired delights, this is the one that you want.

On arrival, you reach our ticket and security check outside Evolution Battersea. Gates open 90 minutes prior to show start time and there will be a range of outdoor activities to enjoy before the show begins. The show start time is listed in your email confirmation.

You are welcome to stay at evening performances for up to 20 minutes after the end of the show to enjoy a drink, snack or soak up the ambience before making your way home.

If you have booked General Admission tickets, this is a standing event.

If you have booked a Seating ticket, you will have a dedicated seat to roam and return to. Seating tickets will be access indoors from approximately 30 minutes after the start of the experience.

Yes, latecomers will be admitted and our team will find the right time within the performance to permit entry into the performance space.

Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical is as active as you would like. You are not required to do anything once you've arrived and are welcome to immerse yourself in the production as much or as little as you would like.

All General Admission tickets are standing. All seating tickets have a dedicated seat for you to roam and return to.

The experience lasts for 2.5hrs. Although there is no official “interval” in the experience, you are free to explore the world and take a break whenever you wish.

A maximum of 2,500 people will watch the show at one time.

You'll be walking the halls of Rydell High with the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies. We encourage all audience members to dress in their finest 50s attire. Find out more here.

No, the majority of the show takes place indoors at Evolution, in Battersea Park. There are some sections that will be experienced outdoors, weather permitting.

Yes, there are a number of toilet facilities available at the venue including accessible toilets.

No, Evolution London is a cashless venue

There will be a range of food and drink options available to purchase at the venue. You are not able to bring your own food or drink into the experience.

There will be a range of dietary requirements catered for; including vegetarian and vegan options, across our range of food stalls. If you are unsure, please make sure to ask a member of staff who would be happy to help.

Yes, alcohol is available to purchase on site along with a range of soft drinks.

We do not require proof of age to enter the show, however if you are planning on purchasing alcohol please bring a valid photo ID with you.

Yes, and there will be a security check on arrival. Food and drink; bottles, cans or glass containers; any item which could be used as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives); any item that could disrupt the performance; illegal substances; and any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials are not permitted at the experience.

Yes, the entire venue is accessible with one lift serving both floors. The majority of the show happens on ground floor level and there will also be a provision/dedicated area for wheelchair users to enjoy the show.

Enjoy VIP Seating, a VIP Bar and Fast Track VIP Entrance. Step inside an iconic world with the students of Rydell High and watch Grease unfold around you. Roam and then return to your dedicated seat. This ticket also includes a complimentary fairground ride and complimentary coat track.

The production is recommended for ages 18 and up, under 5s will not be admitted. All guests attending the show, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18+. Buggies are not permitted.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy for the sale of alcohol.

The production includes a screening of Grease, which is rated PG and contains mild language and sex references.

Yes, you are more than welcome to pass over your ticket(s) to someone else and the original card holder does not need to be present at the time of entry. Select the transfer feature in the todaytix app to share your tickets.

If you’re unable to locate your ticket, please contact your point of purchase directly and they will be able to assist. We are unable to admit anyone without a valid ticket.

If for any reason we need to cancel the experience, we will first endeavor to reschedule your visit. If this is not possible, you will be granted a refund of the ticket price.
