Led by tenor saxophonist Emilio Castillo, the legendary Oakland-based funk and soul band delivers window-rattling grooves and a raucous party spirit that has made them a favorite on stage and in the recording studio, enjoying hit singles and backing legendary artists including Otis Redding, Elton John, Santana, the Grateful Dead, John Lee Hooker, Aerosmith, Bonnie Raitt and countless others.
