Greenwich House TheaterMatchbook Fest 2026 is a five-week summer festival at Greenwich House Theater, built around the part of theater most audiences never get to see: the making of it. Presented by Mix & Match Productions, it hands the stage to artists working out new ideas in real time, across theater, music, comedy, cabaret, conversation, and everything in between.
Some nights are polished and ready. Others are first readings, one-night experiments, or shows still figuring out what they want to be. That's the point. You're not watching a finished product so much as watching it take shape, in one of the West Village's most storied Off-Broadway rooms.
