Regardless of the age of the people going I'd suggest Paddington. I've been most recently with three octogenarians who all loved it. I've seen it three times and it's still a joy. I know nobody who's not loved it no matter how old or young they are, whether they're seasoned theatre goers or not. - u/Final_Flounder9849

Definitely Beetlejuice, they have seamlessly transferred it over to the West End and we were lucky enough to see Tom Xander as Beetlejuice, it may be some of the best casting yet. - u/Double-Finance-8178

Hadestown, it's fantastic in every way possible and I recommend going in blind if you don't struggle to hear stuff in theatres. It's devastating and the songs, acting and staging are genuinely the best i've ever seen and it kind of ruined the rest of the shows I watched while I was in London because it was really hard to live up to.- u/Fast_Blackberry_8080

One of the funniest theatre shows I've seen, and amazingly done, second only to Peter Pan Goes Wrong (both by the same production company, Mischief). The highlight is the staging. The physical comedy is something that you can't get anywhere other than the theatre really makes you appreciate it all the more. This with the classic farcical style of comedy makes it an absolute must see.- u/JorgiEagle
