Kiln TheatreGripping premieres and acclaimed transfers
Kicking off the season is the world premiere of Rob Drummond's "Pins and Needles" – a timely new play exploring the human stories behind the politics of vaccines. Next, we're thrilled to host the European debut of Dan McCabe's "The Purists", directed by new Artistic Director Amit Sharma, which delves into the depths of how far one will go to speak their truth.
Joining the lineup is the critically acclaimed transfer of Roy Williams' adaptation of Sam Selvon's "The Lonely Londoners", and the world premiere of Amy Ng's "Shanghai Dolls", based on the true story of China's first female director of modern spoken drama.
Connecting with the community
At the heart of the Kiln Theatre's ambitious programme is the "Kilburn High Road Project" – a three-year collaboration with local communities to uncover and celebrate the hidden stories of the people who live and have lived near this vibrant neighbourhood.
