Signature Theatre

Signature Theatre, founded in 1989, has become known as a leading regional musical theatre institution. Its musical programming is diverse, including new works alongside classic musicals, most notably revivals of Stephen Sondheim's works. Signature also has the largest musical theatre commissioning project in America, and over 60 musicals have made their world premieres there. In 2009, Signature Theatre won the Regional Theatre Tony Award.
