It is the hottest summer in human history, and in less than a year, all of earth’s water will evaporate. So, twentysomething Charlie has taken to her couch to watch TV and eat peanut butter, despite the protests of everyone in her life, who encourage her to get out and use their little time left. But Charlie can only avoid the apocalypse outside her door for so long, before she's forced to look at her role in her self-imposed hibernation...

Oh god, it was bad. I liked the orchestra, and I'm sure the cast/creative are perfectly nice people, but damn, this show sucked. It was way too long, with some scenes being too drawn out to the point of boredom, the plot was thin and lacked any depth, characters were not believable and not likeable, the whole production felt amateurish and, worst of all, animal cruelty every night for the poor fish in a tiny glass with all the yelling and shaking, noises and movement all around it. I'm used to seeing bad productions every once in a while, but my heart was breaking for the fish the whole time. It/they deserve better. This is x2-3-4 times overpriced for what it is. I've sat in actual theaters with much better amenities (restrooms, AC), sound, lighting and set design, and paid half of what Soon charges for its cheapest ticket options. If you value your time, money and dignity, treat yourself by doing literally anything else than going to this show.
Interesting story. Be prepared for venue being hot and stuffy.
