Giulia was fantastic and highly entertaining. I am a big fan of Jennifer Nettles and her wonder career in music and now in theatre. As such, this was a must see for me and it did not disappoint. I saw it twice. And I would live to see it continue its run on Broadway.

Written by and featuring Jennifer Nettles with choreography by Austin McCormick, this new musical marks Tony Award winner Mary Zimmerman's highly anticipated return to the stage. Known for her sweeping theatrical gestures and character-focused ensemble work, Zimmerman is a theatre icon and, like Giulia Tofana, a legend herself: she was the second woman to win the Tony Award for Best Direction of a Play.
