How can I book my 2ST Subscriber Seats?
2ST will send you an email when your exclusive booking window opens foreach show. You can book online at 2st.com/subscriber, by phone at 212-246-4422, or by emailing subscription@2st.com. Please note that all subscriber tickets will be booked directly through 2ST, not through TodayTix.
When will I hear from 2ST regarding my subscription?
You will receive a confirmation email of your 2ST Subscription within 48 hours of purchase, and a welcome email shortly after.

Is my 2ST subscription refundable?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your subscription experience after seeing the first show in your package, we’ll refund you the remaining package balance. If you are unable to make your originally scheduled date for a performance, you may exchange your tickets for another date at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for individual productions. Please note that all transactions will be processed directly through 2ST, not through TodayTix
Can I exchange my 2ST Subscriber tickets?
Yes! Call Subscriber Services at least 24 hours prior to your ticketed performance to be seated for another performance (based on availability). Exchanges are available at no additional charge.
Who is eligible for a flip the script package?
Flip the Script subscribers must be 30 years of age or under. You may purchase one subscription per government-issued ID showing date of birth. All tickets for Flip the Script must be held at the box office. ID must be presented at will-call window. Subscription Tickets may only be picked up the day of the performance beginning one hour prior to curtain. No retroactive discounts. Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.
