Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian entertainment company and the largest contemporary circus producer in the world. Founded 40 years ago, Cirque du Soleil has toured the world, wowing audiences with amazing feats, acrobatic acts of bravery, and plenty of spectacle. Usually creating shows with a large cast, the company delights, surprises, and thoroughly thrills audiences of all ages.
Audiences can expect swings, Cyr wheels, and plenty more in this dazzling show. Mexican music will also play a major role in the performance. A memorable part of Luzia is the rain curtain, created by French company Aquatique Show. The rain curtain releases water in timed increments so that the falling droplets, when lit, create images for audiences to see. What to watch for
- Cirque du Soleil: Luzia is recommended for audiences aged 5 and above, so it’s a great choice for families. Animal puppets and a butterfly woman whose wings span nearly as wide as the Big Top are super pleasing for kids.
