Fresh from a five-star run at the 2023 Edinburgh International Festival Fringe, "The Climate Fables" is a canon of environmental theater comprised of two original plays about the future of humanity in the Climate Crisis. "Debating Extinction" is an adaptation of Rapunzel depicting the lives of climate refugees deciding whether to have children on an inhospitable planet. "The Trash Garden" is a comedy at the end of time, retelling Adam and Eve through the story of the last two people on earth, performed by trained clowns. Seen separately or together, The Climate Fables offer fresh narratives on the consequences and possibilities of our changing world.
The Trash Garden runs Wednesday 4/3 and Saturday 4/6.
Debating Extinction runs Thursday 4/4 and Wednesday 4/10.
