Comedic storytelling featuring rare Playboy Club photographs, anecdotes from the people who worked there, and the personal journey they inspired.
“Cathartic, creative, & healing” — North West End UK Press
Back in NYC after performances in Berlin, London, & The Edinburgh Fringe Festival this comedic slideshow gives an intimate look behind the Playboy Club through archived film rescued from a basement in New Jersey.
Between the documentary style photography and A.G. Norton's research and revealing interviews with Playboy Club employees / patrons; this comedy slideshow takes the audience down an entirely different kind of rabbit hole, subverting the narrative on service and sexuality with plenty of laughs along the way.
Follow our narrators journey through iconic photographers, their personal connection to her family history, & research showing intersections between impressionism, the Dada art movement, the lost generation in Paris and their influence on modern day street photography.
oh - and Playboy. Its wild...
