The holiday season is merry and bright for the fourth year at Glow, the New York Botanical Garden's dazzling light spectacular. Light up your own holiday season and get NYBG Glow tickets on TodayTix. A ticket to NYBG Glow, on any night, includes admission to both Glow and the Holiday Train Show, NYBG's other beloved annual holiday tradition.
A date night, a family outing, or a festive night with friends — Glow is a great option for any occasion or group this holiday season. See the buildings and grounds of the beautiful Bronx garden transformed into living canvases, adorned with millions of colorful, twinkling lights, many resembling festive artworks or choreographed in time to songs. Take it all in while enjoying seasonal food and drinks from onsite vendors, too.
Additionally, visitors 21+ have the option buy on select Bar Car Nights for access to both installations in an adults-only setting. Enjoy NYBG Glow Bar Car Nights on December 7 and 14, 2023, and January 5, 2024, from 8-10 p.m.

You're surrounded by dazzling beauty at every turn during NYBG Glow — and that's not even to mention the gardens themselves. The seasonal light installations and year-round natural beauty of the garden together make for a unique, picturesque place to make holiday memories.
The food and drinks available during NYBG Glow are from the garden's own outdoor bars and the Bronx Night Market, an annual outdoor food market held during the summer months from 2017 until 2023. Now that the market has announced a permanent closure, NYBG Glow offers your only opportunity to get a taste of the organization's many vendors in one place!
What to watch for
- The New York Botanical Garden first hosted Glow in winter 2020.
- Glow is an outdoor event that takes place rain, snow, or shine, so be sure to dress for the weather!
- Glow offers a holiday gift shop, so if you know someone who couldn't go — or loved it! — you can get them an ornament, plant, or other keepsake and bring Glow to them.
- In past years, pop-up dance performances and other live entertainment have taken place on select nights of Glow.
