About Bear Mountain Cruise
Take in the crisp autumn air and awesome views of the fall foliage as Circle Line cruises up the scenic Hudson River to historic Bear Mountain in upstate New York -- with an addition of an onboard Oktoberfest. Snack on German food and beer specials available for purchase while you cruise and listen to a live German Polka band playing festive tunes. At Bear Mountain, you'll have the opportunity to spend the next two hours exploring this beautiful area walking paved trails, foliage viewing, seeing the Bear Mountain Lake and more. Then, you'll enjoy another ride back down the river as dusk descends. It's a day of cruisin', leaf peepin', wurst eatin', polka dancin', and nature viewing fun!
Cruises sail rain or shine. Outside food or beverages are not permitted on the boat.
Schedule (subject to change due to tide conditions at time of cruise departure and return):
Board: 8:30am at Pier 83
Cruise to Bear Mountain: 9:00am - 11:45am
Time at Bear Mountain: 11:30am - 2:30pm
Cruise from Bear Mountain to Pier 83: 2:30pm - 5:00pm
