This is a New York moment. We've partnered with Tavern on the Green and Alex Newell to reunite the theatre community ahead of Broadway's reopening. The show's happening smack dab in the heart of the city — with a drink in hand, of course!

Located in Central Park, Tavern on the Green provides guests with an unparalleled dining experience that feels both like an escape from Manhattan and a quintessential New York night out. Emmy Award-winning design firm Livesight has created a custom stage for our performers in the patio overlooking Sheep Meadow.

Now let’s talk about the star of the show, Alex Newell. Alex shot to stardom as a contestant on the Glee Project, and subsequently booked a main role on the hit series Glee as Wade "Unique" Adams. Alex's credits also include their Broadway debut as Asaka in Once on This Island and a recurring role as Mo on Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist.
