Located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, the McKittrick Hotel is an event space unlike any other. Initially, the building housed nightclubs and was later used as warehouses. In 2011, the immersive theatre company Punchdrunk acquired the space, transforming it into a hotel-like setting for the hit show Sleep No More. They also crafted a fictional narrative for the McKittrick, depicting it as a luxury hotel built in the 1930s that was closed before its opening and lay dormant for decades until the arrival of Sleep No More.
The name "McKittrick" originates from a fictional hotel in the Alfred Hitchcock film Vertigo. Get tickets to an event at the McKittrick, and experience one of its many unique spaces, including a restaurant called Gallow Green, a bar called the Manderley, and a lounge and performance area named the Club Car.
