About Ceilidh The Musical
Ceilidh is a brand-new musical directed by Tony Award-winning Sam Pinkleton (Oh Mary, Rocky Horror Show Broadway) with book, music, and lyrics by acclaimed Scottish writers Scott Gilmour and Claire McKenzie.
Based on one of Scotland's oldest and most beloved traditions, and led by a lively caller, Ceilidh sweeps you up in a whirlwind of music and memories from the moment you walk through the door. But as the music builds and the night takes hold, a story begins to unfold. One of love, legacy, and why tonight's ceilidh matters more than most.
Funny, heartfelt and "one hell of a night out", immerse yourself in the world of Ceilidh, taking over Shoreditch Town Hall this October for 3 weeks only.
