Ramin Karimloo and Hadley Fraser — two of musical theatre’s most celebrated vocalists — are bringing their acclaimed show From the Rehearsal Room to Edinburgh in collaboration with TodayTix Live, as part of an international tour that will see the pair perform four concerts in four countries in just two weeks.
After originating the concept during lockdown in Tokyo, Ramin and Hadley have performed From the Rehearsal Room around the world to great acclaim. Each performance is uniquely shaped by the location, venue and audience, meaning that no two shows are ever the same. Ramin and Hadley invite you to enjoy the music they love, featuring songs from shows they’ve starred in as well as pieces they have yet to perform on stage, sharing the personal stories behind each selection.
Ramin Karimloo is a Tony Award-nominated performer best known for his iconic portrayals of leading roles Jean Valjean in Les Misérables and the Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera & sequel Love Never Dies, and has most recently played Pirate King in Pirates! The Penzance Musical on Broadway. Hadley Fraser has starred in the West End productions of Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, City of Angels and Young Frankenstein, and was in the original Broadway cast of the musical The Pirate Queen. They will be joined by award-winning composer, lyricist, orchestrator and musical supervisor Theo Jamieson.
From the Rehearsal Room will take place at Dovecot Studios in Edinburgh - an iconic gallery and museum for contemporary art, design, and textiles built around a world-famous, 100+ year-old tapestry studio, offering a one-of-a-kind backdrop for a night destined to be uniquely memorable.
