Sang beautifully in italian this was the real deal. Exceptional performers and beautiful orchestration!
This was a bucket list item for me love opera and to attend a performance at the royal opera in London is very special for someone who lives in Australia. I loved most of the experience. What I didn’t love was the bathroom facilities closest to my seat no water to flush and only very hot water in basin I witnessed a lady burn her hand. And while I appreciate I purposefully selected a more reasonable price seat, it was just too uncomfortable because the air conditioning couldn’t cope with the warm day, most of the attendees seated near me were feeling quite unwell because of the temperature in that part of the theatre. But when I’m back in London I will certainly return hopefully in winter. Kind regards
Wonderful theatre with great performances. .
