What is Wishmas?
Wishmas is a 60-minute walkthrough experience for the whole family, where you’ll meet festive characters as you explore magical rooms and play your part to ensure no wish is ever forgotten.
Wishmas is a family-orientated festive experience for all children and anyone searching for a winter adventure.

Access Performances
Relaxed Environment performances are casual and supportive performances designed to reduce anxiety. They open to all but are particularly suitable for anyone who benefits from brighter lighting levels, lower sound levels, a smaller group environment and for slower movement around the space.
We can also supply a Relaxed Environment Pack ahead of the performance on request, that can help with planning a visit. This includes a scene-by-scene summary of the plot and highlights any sensory triggers. Please email: support@wishmas.co.uk

Wishmas is an immersive and interactive experience where you can expect to see the magic of Christmas brought to life with elaborate sets, costumes, and storylines. This unique adventure transports you to another world as you become an active part of this original Christmas story.
Your journey begins at the Old Bauble Factory as you step through a magical portal and into the world of Wishmas. You will see where the Wishmas Robins store all your wishes and watch as they take flight aboard the Wishmas Train. Complete your journey with a visit to the Wishmas Market, where you can experience some festive crafts and treats, inlcuding products by premium event partners Fortnum & Mason's and Pip Organic.
The full creative team includes Elgiva Field (Creative Director), Michelle McMahon, (Creative Associate Director), Matthew Blake, (Performance Director), Julie Landau, (Designer), Tim Mitchell, (Lighting Designer), Charlie Tymms (Puppet Design and Fabrication), John Bulleid (Illusion Designer), Catherine Woodhouse (Video Designer), and Beth Duke (Sound Designer/Composer). LG's OLED and T-OLED will provide cutting-edge screens to propel audiences into the story.
What to watch for
- Your immersive journey through The Old Bauble Factory will be brought to life by captivating puppetry, incredible illusions, and live actors.
- With the Wishmas Meet and Greet experience, you and your family will get a private audience with Father Christmas and receive a commemorative photo and a gift for everyone (adults included!).
- Explore your creative side with the Wishmas craft workshop, where you can make a unique souvenir with the Full Wishmas Experience ticket.
- Elgiva Field, former Associate Director of the immersive theatre company Punchdrunk, directs Wishmas, which features live actors to bring the story to life.
