Rodgers & Hammerstein’s iconic 1945 musical Carousel receives a concert performance for one night only.
Joanna Riding and Janie Dee will reprise their performances as Julie Jordan and Carrie Pipperidge for the first time in 27 years since appearing in the National Theatre’s legendary 1992 production, which earned them both Olivier Awards.
Joining them will be Hadley Fraser as Billy Bigelow, Gavin Spokes as Enoch Snow, Lucy Schaufer as Nettie Fowler, Chizzy Akudolu as Mrs Millin, Stewart Clarke as Jigger Craigin, with other stars to be announced. The cast will be joined by the GSA singers from the Guildford School of Acting. The evening will be accompanied by a 31-piece orchestra conducted by Alex Parker.
The musical features the songs including ‘If I Loved You’, ‘June Is Bustin’ Out All Over’ and ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.

Directions from tube: Upon exiting Sloane Square Station, turn immediately right, passing the Royal Court Theatre. (You will see Cadogan Hall’s tower immediately before you). Cross over Cliveden Place and walk up Sedding Street to the Hall.
