"Oh, Mary!" star, Mason, is the friend everyone texts for theatre tips first. Their London Collection is a mix of smart revivals, buzzy new openings, and the kind of nights out you brag about at brunch.
I laughed so hard when I first saw this show on Broadway that I swear I almost had a hernia. This is an airtight, chaotic script from the diabolical Cole Escola about someone who just desperately wants to be seen. It also helps that I’m currently playing Mary Todd Lincoln, and want to see you in the audience so I can make rude faces at you.
This production was my West End debut, and will always have a special place in my heart. I am a massive fan of how gorgeous this theatre and this musical are, and think it remains one of the best nights you can have at the theatre.
I wept. I waltzed into a matinee at the last minute surrounded by well behaved children and bawled like someone had just told me I had a face for radio. A gorgeous, moving, magic piece of theatre.
This show has been one of my favourite musicals since I was a kid, and is chock full of some really hilarious performances. A classic, naughty little musical comedy that continued to find new ways to tickle and surprise me.
This cast is STACKED with outstanding actors, I would feel lucky to catch one of them in this play, let alone ALL of them in the same production. A tragic, classic piece of theatre that never fails to move me.
One of my favorite Sondheim’s ever since my dad introduced the filmed Broadway production to me ages ago. Was fortunate to work with Jordan Fein and Tom Scutt on Cabaret, and am always such a fan of their artistry.
