Avios is the rewards currency of British Airways. You can collect Avios when you travel or shop with participating partners.

You can use Avios towards things like flights, hotel stays and upgrades with your chosen Avios-participating loyalty programme (for example, a frequent flyer programme).

You collect Avios by joining the British Airways Club, by purchasing flights and stays, and by booking with partners like TodayTix.

Your Avios are held in your loyalty account. When you're ready to spend, you log in to that account and use your Avios towards eligible rewards according to your programme's rules.

The TodayTix and Avios partnership allows you to collect Avios on eligible TodayTix purchases. It makes your next night out even more rewarding. It allows you to collect Avios on qualifying bookings when you see a show.

To collect Avios with TodayTix, you'll need:

• A TodayTix account, and
• A valid membership number from an eligible Avios-participating programme

At launch, the partnership applies to selected London shows booked in GBP via TodayTix. Any additional eligible cities or programmes will be clearly listed on this page and in the offer terms.

It's simple:

1. Log in to your TodayTix account

• If you don't have an account, click here to create one

2. Link your British Airways Club account

• Once you're signed in, find the Partner rewards section in settings to link your account

3. Book an eligible show

• Look for Avios messaging on the TodayTix Avios page or show listing
• Book as usual in the app or on todaytix.com

4. See the show

• Once you've attended, we'll award Avios on the eligible part of your booking, in line with the offer terms

You only need to link your membership once. As long as you're logged in, any eligible future bookings will count automatically.

Your Avios earn rate depends on the current offer.

On the Avios page and at checkout, you'll see:

• How many Avios you'll collect (for example, a set number of Avios per £1 spent or per eligible ticket), and
• Any limits, dates or exclusions that apply

We'll calculate the Avios you earn based on your final eligible spend on that booking, using the earn rate shown.

During non-promotional times, there is a standard earn rate of x2 for first purchasers and x1 for repeats on qualifying purchases.

TodayTix is an earn-only Avios partner. This means you can collect Avios by booking eligible tickets, but you can't use Avios to pay for your order or apply them at checkout through TodayTix.

Avios are credited after you've seen the show.

You'll usually see them in your account within 1 day of the performance date (the exact timeframe will be confirmed in the offer terms on this page).

If your booking included multiple performances, Avios may be credited after each performance, or after the final one, depending on the offer.

You'll collect Avios on the eligible ticket value of your booking, as defined in the offer terms.

Typically, you won't collect Avios on:

• Access programs (i.e., rush and lottery tickets)
• Donations, merchandise or add-ons
• Gift cards
• Any portion of your booking paid with vouchers, credits or gift cards (unless the offer says otherwise)

The Avios page will clearly explain what counts as eligible spend for each promotion.

Not every show or ticket type will be eligible.

You can collect Avios when:

• You book directly with TodayTix (app or website), and
• You see Avios messaging on the show, price type or promotion

Some tickets and products are usually excluded, such as:

• Rush and Lottery tickets
• Selected special offers or promotions
• Bookings made in other currencies or markets not listed on this page

Always check the Avios page and offer terms before you book to confirm eligibility.

Avios are based on your final eligible spend.

• If you upgrade your seats or increase your booking value, you may collect additional Avios on the extra amount you pay
• If you cancel your booking, and your booking is fully refunded, you won't keep any Avios from that booking.
• If a performance is cancelled by the producer or venue, Avios treatment will follow the specific offer terms for that promotion.

First, double-check:

• The performance date has already passed
• Your membership number is correctly saved in Account settings → Avios
• The show and ticket type were eligible for Avios collection

If it's been longer than the stated timeframe in the offer terms and your Avios still haven't arrived:

• Make a note of your TodayTix order number and loyalty programme membership number
• Contact TodayTix Support via the Help Centre, and we'll look into it with you

Yes.

When you book an eligible show while logged into your TodayTix account:

• You'll still earn TodayTix Rewards (tickets towards your tier, and any TixCash or perks you qualify for), and
• You'll also collect Avios on eligible bookings, as long as your loyalty programme membership number is linked and the offer applies
