Not your Nan’s Aerobics is an hour of hilarious, horny and heart pumping fun! It’s a basic, low impact, zero pressure dance aerobics class meets stand up show, set to tracks that would make your Nan look over the top of her glasses with judgement. We will jiggle. We will giggle. We will re-write a bunch of bullshit messaging while worshipping your smoke show of a body.
Everybody’s adult body is welcome- all stages, rages and abilities. The contents of your drink bottle will NOT be sniffed on entry. Make of that what you will.

The nearest streets with street parking are Pitt Street (2 hour parking until 10pm every day) and George Street (unlimited after 5pm and on weekends). There are disabled parking bays at 103-109 George Street and 10 Pitt Street. The nearest parking garage is Wilson Parking – 55 Holt St Surry Hills, which is an 10 minute walk.
