EXCLUSIVE SYDNEY PERFORMANCE
After reminding fans and media nationwide why they fell in love with his songs and antics on his widely successful Awake Is The New Sleep 20th Anniversary Tour, Ben Lee is back with a string of 40 regional dates in 2026.
ARIA Award-winning singer and songwriter Ben Lee will bring his eclectic and eccentric music to The Joan, in the heart of Penrith. With a brilliant musical career spanning three decades, Lee has gifted music lovers with timeless tunes such as Catch My Disease and We’re All In This Together, and chart-topping albums – Breathing Tornados, Awake Is The New Sleep, Ripe, and I’M FUN!
Don’t miss this nostalgic musical journey with a much-loved Australian music legend.
“Being out on the road just for the sake of it is what it’s all about” he says. “Anniversaries are nice, but the road is where it happens. Night after night, sweaty, a little chaotic, unpredictable. Hand to hand combat”. He winks. “See you out on the road!”
Featuring Holiday Sidewinder as the support act.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
BY TRAIN:
The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre is a short walk from Penrith Station via Penrith Plaza.
BY CAR:
Traveling from Sydney and the Blue Mountains, take the Mulgoa Road exit from the M4. Continue along Mulgoa Road and turn into High Street. Travel time from Sydney CBD can vary. The M4 can become quite congested with commuter traffic on Friday evenings so it is a good idea to allow extra travel time.
Generally, the trip by car takes an hour from the CBD. Travelling from the Blue Mountains is fairly straight forward (though extra time should be given for Sunday afternoon travel).
"There is something healing about seeing an artist who is so special to you play a record that meant so much to you at a certain point in time." - Claire Dunton (The Music)
"Ben Lee is responsible for some of the most ubiquitous Australian songs of the last two decades." - Andrew Ford
