What’s in a name? Trio Isimsiz’s name comes from the Turkish for ‘without name’ or ‘anonymous’. In other words, for Trio Isimsiz it is all about the music.
In its first Australian tour, UK-based trio Trio Isimsiz performs two giants of the piano trio repertoire, Schubert’s colossal Piano Trio No. 1 and Brahms’ passionate Piano Trio, alongside an exciting new voice, the "ear-beguiling and strikingly inventive" Francisco Coll.
See Erdem Misirlioğlu, Pablo Hernán Benedí and Edvard Pogossian on tour with Musica Viva Australia. Three outstanding musicians, three individual voices, one ensemble.
