What’s in a name? Trio Isimsiz’s name comes from the Turkish for ‘without name’ or ‘anonymous’. In other words, for Trio Isimsiz it is all about the music.
In its first Australian tour, Trio Isimsiz performs two giants of the piano trio repertoire, Schubert’s colossal Piano Trio No. 1 and Brahms’ passionate Piano Trio, alongside an exciting new voice, the "ear-beguiling and strikingly inventive" Francisco Coll.
See Erdem Misirlioğlu, Pablo Hernán Benedí and Edvard Pogossian on tour with Musica Viva Australia. Three outstanding musicians, three individual voices, one ensemble.
City Recital Hall is wheelchair accessible.
