Somewhere in a dreamlike wasteland, Winnie is determined to make the best of a bad situation. Written in the distilled and brilliant style that crowned Samuel Beckett the greatest dramatist of his day, this existential comedy illuminates the power of the human spirit when faced with impossible circumstances.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see stage and screen icon Pamela Rabe immerse herself in one of the greatest roles ever written.

Wharf 1 Theatre is on Level 2 of The Wharf. The majority of patrons will enter via Doors 1 and 2 which can be reached most directly via the lift at the end of The Wharf. This provides level access from the exterior apron of The Wharf at Ground Level, right up to the Theatre on Level 2.
We also have a level access point to Wharf 1 Theatre through Door 3 for people seated in A row, which allows patrons to go directly into the theatre. Access to Door 3 is only on request and these requests should be made at the Box Office at the time of booking.
Level access to Level 1 is via any of the three lifts along the exterior of The Wharf. Each of these lifts can be accessed via ground floor, however the lift at the end of The Wharf provides the most direct access.
Please inform the Sydney Theatre Company Box Office at least 24 hours in advance to ensure they are able to assist your needs. Call on (02) 9250 1777 or email boxoffice@sydneytheatre.com.au.
