About & Juliet

What if the ending we all know so well, was just the beginning? What if Juliet chose her own fate? A celebration of self-discovery and second chances, let’s find out what could’ve been, as we press play on your new favourite playlist!

This hilarious, inspiring and poignant new musical is wrapped up in one of the most addictive and joyful soundtracks to ever hit the stage. Shakespeare gets a remix with some of the world’s most loved and glittering pop anthems from legendary songwriter Max Martin and collaborators. This ultimate feel-good musical features some of your all-time favourites from Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry, The Weeknd and Kelly Clarkson… to name a few.

From the writer of Netflix’s Schitt’s Creek, David West Read; & Juliet is directed by Luke Sheppard (In the Heights) with electrifying choreography from Jennifer Weber and stunning set design from Soutra Gilmour.

Come along for the ride as the original Anne Hathaway takes on her husband William Shakespeare to remix his legendary play. Will Juliet get the ending she truly deserves? And most importantly, can their love survive this battle of wills?

Maybe her greatest love story was yet to come?....
