About Christmas Carol Goes Wrong
The Cornley Amateur Drama Society return with tidings of chaos and joy, ready to tackle the Charles Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol.
Christmas Carol Goes Wrong is ‘a Dickensian disaster to savour’ (Guardian), returning to the West End following a sold out run at London’s Apollo Theatre. Do not miss this ‘irresistible Christmas treat’ (WhatsOnStage) from Mischief, the multi award-winning company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery.
The Cornley crew battle miscommunication, delays to their set, actors missing in action and a growing feud over who will play the lead. It’s sure to be a disastrous take on the much-loved classic Christmas story of Ebenezer Scrooge. Will Cornley finally change their ways, or will their misfortunes wreak havoc yet again.
Enjoy a festive slice of pure escapism at the worst production in Christmas past, present and yet to come!

Classic Mischief show with all of the elements that you’d expect. I thought the show was a bit longer than it needed to be as they’ve extended it to be 2 acts rather than 1 over the years (and it shows). But still exceptionally funny and a joy to watch.
Lots of fun, but I missed the 'cant stop laughing' scenes most mischief production have.
Brilliant, funny. Love the theatre. They do such fun comedies
