Millions of viewers watch the popular sci-fi parody film every year. But did you know The Rocky Horror Show started out as a musical? Richard O’Brien’s zany show premiered at the Royal Court in 1973. 50 years on, The Rocky Horror Show continues to entertain with its wacky, larger-than-life characters, and its kooky songs like "Touch-a Touch-a Touch Me" and “Over at the Frankenstein Place.”
London Theatre put it simply: "you cannot deny the fact that there is just nothing else in the world of musical theatre quite like The Rocky Horror Show and nor will there ever be again." Don't miss the show's 50th anniversary at the Peacock Theatre.
Meet Brad and his fiancée Janet. When these two college kids take an innocent nighttime drive to their former college professor, they didn’t plan their car breaking down in the middle of nowhere. Left with no choice but to seek refuge at a nearby mansion, the pair find themselves thrust in a new world. Transvestite scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter, his assistants, and the “perfect man” Rocky will definitely make this a night to remember.
The Rocky Horror Show in London will definitely be the biggest theatre party of the year.
