ComedySportz's interactive format is emceed by a referee overseeing a hilarious battle of wits between the home team, the blue Downtown Chicago Bosses, and the "visiting" red team, scored by live keyboard music and rocking popular music between scenes! Using audience suggestions and willing volunteers, our professional players create short games, scenes and songs on the spot, and the winner is determined by the Applause-o-Meter and your laughs.

ComedySportz at CSz Theater in Chicago is an interactive, improv comedy show that will have you laughing about more than just fumbles and blunders. The show is emceed by a referee, who oversees the battle between a home team, a visiting team, and a group called the Downtown Chicago Bosses. The hilarity is underscored by live keyboard music, and pop music played between sets. Audience members cheer from the sidelines and offer up suggestions, and sometimes they might volunteer to play the field. Put on your game face for an evening of short games, scenes, and improvisational songs. For some extra fun, the winner is determined by laughter and an Applause-O-Meter.
