Experience Frieze Los Angeles, a one-of-a-kind cultural event. Located at the Santa Monica Airport, this international art fair combines remarkable contemporary installations with only-in-LA energy. Take a break from savoring the art with pop-ups and food trucks from iconic LA restaurants, all while taking in the crowd — the people watching is often just as remarkable as the art itself. Directed by Christine Messineo, Frieze is committed to elevating and celebrating LA’s thriving art community. It’s a unique experience you won’t get anywhere else.
Get Frieze Los Angeles tickets and prepare to be dazzled by major global galleries and emerging voices in contemporary art. Beginning February 26 for four days only, this year’s program examines the boundaries of the human body — physical, spatial, and emotional — through newly commissioned, site-specific works by Los Angeles–based artists. Highlights include Amanda Ross-Ho’s durational performance rolling a 16-foot inflatable Earth, Shana Hoehn’s tree-branch sculpture reimagining the human form, and so much more you need to see to believe. Presented with Art Production Fund, Frieze Projects brings public-facing art into the city.
