The Costa Mesa Playhouse presents Yasmina Reza’s comedy “Art,” winner of the 1998 Tony Award for Best Play. Three friends, Serge, Marc and Yvan, find their previously solid 15-year friendship on shaky ground when Serge buys an expensive painting that is completely white. As the friends argue over what constitutes “art,” they are forced to ask questions not only about the nature of art, but about the nature of friendship. “Art” is directed by Jordana Whitton and stars Angel Correa, Peter Hilton, and Michael Serna.
