The Hasty Pudding Theatricals has delighted audiences as the oldest theatrical company in the United States, making it a beloved Harvard tradition and a celebrated stage for the next generation of talent. Completely written, produced, and performed by Harvard students, the Pudding’s original musicals are filled with sharp satire and Broadway level performers. Originally founded in 1844 as an all male cast, HPT has long featured drag in our show. Since women debuted on The Pudding stage in 2018, we’ve continued to prioritize this time honored tradition, which you are sure to see in our productions!
This Spring 2026, we’re thrilled to announce our brand-new production: HPT 177: Salooney Tunes. This year’s show is wild west chaos meets the Pudding, spurs, sequins, and a whole lotta satire. Following the Preview on January 30th and Premiere on February 6th, which feature our Man and Woman of the Year events, the show will run from February 7th to March 8th at Farkas Hall in Harvard Square. Saddle up and join us for a wild ride!
