Entry Restrictions Entry is open to all individuals who purchase a ticket in the TodayTix Cyber Campaign during the Promotion Period via the TodayTix app or website. Tickets purchased via third-party websites are ineligible. Entry is open to all ages.
Promotion Period(s) Starts: 10:01 am (AEDT) Monday, 24 November 2025 Ends: 10:01 am (AEDT) Wednesday, 3 December 2025
Entry Method To enter, participants must purchase a ticket through the TodayTix app or website during the Promotion Period. Valid Submissions are limited to tickets purchased directly via TodayTix platforms. Participants must be Australian residents and aged 18+ to enter. Each Valid Submission automatically receives one entry into the Promotion.
Entry Limits All entries must be received within the Promotion Period. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
Draw Details A single draw from all valid entries will take place on Friday, 5 December 2025, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm (AEDT).
Prize Details The Prize Pack includes:
One (1) TodayTix Rewards Gold Membership for 12 months.
One (1) $500 AUD TodayTix gift card.
Prize Claim Date and Time The Prize must be claimed by 6:00 pm (AEDT) on Monday, 8 December 2025. Winners must reply to the notification email to confirm acceptance.
Prize Delivery The gift card will be emailed to the winner’s preferred email address, and Gold status will be added to their TodayTix profile.
Trade Promotion – Game of Chance Introduction Terms of Entry
These Terms of Entry, together with the Schedule to the Terms of Entry, form the rules of the Promotion. By participating, Entrants accept these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply to be valid.
Entrants consent to the Organiser using their name, image, and/or voice in media for promotion without remuneration, including any promotional material related to the Promotion.
The Promotion is only open to individuals who comply with the Terms and Conditions, including the Entry Procedure and Entry Restrictions. Employees of the Organiser, immediate family members, and associated agencies are ineligible.
If there is any discrepancy between these Terms of Entry and the Schedule to the Terms of Entry, the Schedule will prevail.
Eligibility If a winning entry is deemed non-compliant with the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the entry. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Terms or gains an unfair advantage. If a Winner is later deemed ineligible, they will forfeit the Prize and may be required to return or refund it.
Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any Entrant for providing false information or tampering with the Entry Method.
How to Enter Entry details will be published on the Organiser's website and emailed to TodayTix members. To enter, Entrants must follow the steps outlined in the Schedule during the Promotion Period. Each valid entry earns the number of entries specified in the Schedule.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries caused by technical issues, human error, or other factors beyond its control.
Selection of Winners (Game of Chance) A draw will be conducted as specified in the Schedule. Prizes will be awarded to valid Entrants. If there are multiple Prizes, they will be awarded in the order of valid entries drawn.
If a Prize is unclaimed by the deadline, the Organiser may conduct further draws or substitute a Prize of equivalent value, subject to relevant authority approval.
Prize The Winner(s) will receive the Prize(s) outlined in the Schedule. Prize values are accurate as of the publication date but may vary. If a Prize or its element is unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute a similar item.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. Winners are responsible for any associated costs, such as transport, meals, and accommodation.
Privacy The Organiser adheres to Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants’ personal information is collected to administer the Promotion. By entering, Entrants consent to their information being used for these purposes. The Organiser’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.todaytix.com/au/privacy-policy.
General Entrants are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with the Terms and Conditions. The Organiser is not liable for any issues related to entry submission, Prize delivery, or redemption.
If the Promotion is disrupted for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion.
The laws of Australia govern this Promotion.
