Eligibility. This THE PREDICT THE TONYS Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 

Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is TodayTix located at 1501 Broadway, Suite 1313, New York, NY 10036 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Show-Score (“Administrator”). Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, stakeholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitations, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Administrator will manage winner selection and notification on behalf of the Sponsor. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET and ends on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 8:00 PM ET (“Entry Period”). 

How to Enter. Digital entries are made on Instagram during the Entry Period only. Limit of one entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of number of tagged Stories. On May 20, 2025, Administrator (Show-Score) will post the Sweepstakes graphic on Show-Score’s Instagram feed. To enter: 

1. Follow @Show_Score and @TodayTix on Instagram.

2. Like the Sweepstakes post on Show-Score’s Instagram feed.

3. Tag a friend in the comments.

4. Play the Predict the Tonys game at show-score.com/tony and share your personally generated Predict the Tonys Graphic to your Instagram Story, tagging @Show_Score and @TodayTix.

5. Entrants must include “#SweepstakesEntry” in the story.

All entries must be received by June 8, 2025 at 8:00 pm EST. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. By participating, you agree to release Meta from any liability related to this Sweepstakes. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator and not to Meta. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Entry content (e.g., Instagram Story) may be used by Sponsor and Administrator for marketing and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

Limitations on Entries. Five (5) individual winners will each receive one (1) $100 TodayTix gift voucher good for use on all shows listed on TodayTix in the US. Each voucher will be issued as a unique digital code and must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date it is provided to the winner; any unused value will expire at that time. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Additional restrictions may apply. Any expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to meals, taxes, and gratuities for the winner and his/her/their guest are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. The Prize is subject to all terms, conditions, and policies of the Sponsor. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses, or damages related to Prize fulfillment. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Drawing. The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received in the United States. All potential Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by the Administrator (Show-Score) by June 9, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on behalf of the Sponsor, and its decision is final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Failure of the potential Prize Winners to respond within a reasonable time frame (but no later than June 11, 2025) from such notification referred to above may result in disqualification and the selection of another entrant from among all eligible entries received. The Administrator is not required to contact the potential Prize Winner more than once. By entering the drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. In the event of non-compliance for any reason, including the inability to accept the Prize for any reason, an alternate entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirement in the Sweepstakes. 

WARNING. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR- OR ADMINISTRATOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor and Administrator a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

Governing Law. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
