GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway entry period begins on Monday May 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern and will end on Friday May 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern (such period, the “Entry Period”). All times are based solely on the Sponsor’s systems.
SPONSOR INFORMATION
TodayTix OTHELLO Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by TodayTix, Inc. (“Sponsor”), having its principal place of business at 1501 Broadway, Suite 1313, New York, NY 10036, United States.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 18 years or older to enter. Must live within the United States or its territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. Employees, officers, directors, and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households whether related or not) of Sponsor or any of its divisions, affiliated entities, and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway or to win any Prize. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply; platform standard terms & conditions apply.

Digital entries must be made on THE TODAYTIX APP via the Lottery functionality during the Entry Period only. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. All entries must be received by MAY 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No entries will be acknowledged or returned.
PRIZE
A minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) or two (2) tickets to the Thursday, May 28 performance of OTHELLO at Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Harman Hall located at 610 F Street NW Washington, DC 20004 at 7:30 PM ET (each, a “Prize”). Entrants can enter to win a Prize of either one (1) or two (2) tickets; four (4) tickets total shall be awarded as Prizes. Additional restrictions, such as blackout dates or expiration, may apply. Any expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to meals, taxes, transportation and gratuities for the winner and their guest are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE DRAWING
The potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by EMAIL by 1:30 PM ET on May 22, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decision is final and binding on all aspects of this Giveaway. Failure of the potential Prize Winner to claim their tickets in the app within thirty (30) minutes from such notification may result in disqualification and the selection of another entrant from among all eligible entries received. The Sponsor is not required to contact the potential Prize winner more than once. By entering the drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event of non-compliance for any reason, including the inability to accept the Prize, an alternate entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, and fulfillment. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, AND LICENSE By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Entries that are unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, forged, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise non-compliant are void. The Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding any Prize.The Sponsor is not responsible for actions that interfere with the integrity of the Giveaway, including attempts to circumvent rules or manipulate the process. Additionally, the Sponsor assumes no liability for any damage to entrants' or third parties' devices or persons resulting from participation or use of the giveaway site. If the Giveaway cannot proceed as planned due to technical failures, fraud, legal restrictions, or unforeseen events that compromise its fairness or integrity, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway. If canceled, a winner may be selected from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. In the event of a material typographical or clerical error that affects the administration, interpretation, or enforceability of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct such error and, if necessary, modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway to ensure fairness and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, and unless prohibited by law, the potential Prize winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, voice,social media handle, and biographical information by the Sponsor and its affiliates for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation. The winner and their guest may be required to sign a release acknowledging such consent. Entrants further consent to the Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information for Giveaway administration and agree to receive promotional communications, with the option to opt out at any time.
Prize is non-transferable.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules, or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, fraud, or legal requirements that impact its administration.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION By entering the Giveaway, entrants release and hold the Sponsor, and any affiliated entities, advertisers, promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, and advisors harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, and actions arising in whole or in part from participation in the Giveaway or use/misuse of the Prize. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, and all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Meta from any and all liability associated with or arising out of the giveaway.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WITHOUT LIMITING THE RELEASE GRANTED BY ENTRANTS HEREIN, BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ALL PRIZES, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE GIVEAWAY SITE ARE OFFERED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (1) ALL DISPUTES RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE MUST BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED (3) ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
GOVERNING LAW The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York (as distinguished from its choice of law rules) and the United States of America, applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in New York and where the relevant contacts are with such state. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
MISCELLANEOUS Severability; Headings: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Headings and captions are included for convenience only and shall not influence the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules.
