WHEELCHAIR AND LIMITED MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE SEATING Spiegel Haus offers wheelchair and accessible seating, for patrons who use a wheelchair or mobility aid, those with low mobility, or anyone who may find stairs (or prolonged standing) challenging, along with proximate seating for their companions. Patrons who utilise a wheelchair can choose to transfer into a seat or remain in their wheelchair.

ROOFTOP ACCESS (FOR THOSE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY) For those seeking to access our rooftop, the upper level of the Golden Square Car Park, a wheelchair-friendly buggy system is available to transport patrons directly from the Spiegel Haus Melbourne entrance on Lonsdale, providing easier access for guests with mobility needs.

If you have difficulty (or are unable) to walk upstairs, please let our front of house host/concierge will be happy to provide assistance onsite, including the use of one of our venue wheelchairs if required.
