KOOZA follows the self-discovery journey of The Innocent, a naïve character transported to an exotic yet zany kingdom. Under the watchful eye of an enigmatic Trickster with unique powers, The Innocent navigates a vibrant world filled with comic characters like the King, the Clowns, and his Mad Dog.
A breathtaking return to the origins of Cirque du Soleil, KOOZA pays tribute to traditional circus traditions in all its splendour with nail-biting acrobatics and bold slapstick comedy. The spectacle explores the themes of fear, identity, recognition, and power. Directions
GETTING TO THE VENUE
BY TRAM: From the corner of Elizabeth Street and Flinders Street catch the No. 57 West Maribyrnong tram to Flemington Drive (stop 30).
BY BUS: Catch Route 472 bus from Williamstown, Footscray or Moonee Ponds to Fisher Parade. Enter Flemington Racecourse via The Elms Gate entrance. Catch Route 404 bus from Footscray or Moonee Ponds to Smithfield Road. Enter Flemington Racecourse via Stables Drive entrance.
BY TAXI: Patrons are able to travel to Flemington Racecourse by taxi and will be dropped off at either The Main Gate or The Hill Gate. There are two locations where patrons can access taxis for their ride home: the Main Taxi Rank at the Main Gate, and at the Hill Gate.
BY CAR: Parking is available and can be accessed via Flemington Drive. Event staff will be on hand to direct cars to the appropriate parking locations.
