Gustavo Dudamel leads the LA Phil in a concert honoring that musical legacy that includes Gabriela Ortiz’ tribute to Chilean Nueva Canción legend Violeta Parra, a new song cycle by Miguel Farías, and Mexican musician Silvana Estrada performing songs that have resonate across Latino America and the world that explore often-unspoken truths about gender violence and other important topics.
