Audra McDonald Is the Most-Awarded Broadway Actor

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating some iconic women from across the cultural landscape who are making a difference in the arts and the world. Few come close to Audra McDonald when it comes to accolades — she has a record-breaking six Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards,  and an Emmy Award. She’s also the only actor to win a Tony Award in every acting category.
