The original Disney/Pixar film was released in 2007 and won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.

Is Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical coming to Broadway?

If we’ve learned anything from 2020, it’s that no one can predict what the future will look like. At the moment, Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical will be a one-time virtual benefit concert, but the Tony-winning theater production company Seaview is one of the show’s producers, so who knows if an onstage future is a possibility?

What will Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical look like?

While Ratatouille: The Musical got its start on TikTok, the benefit concert will look a little different than it did on the social media platform. The event will not take place in a theater for safety and social distancing reasons, and the final, full-length musical will consist of a compilation of performances filmed by each performer.

Are the TikTok creators being paid for their work?

Of course! The benefit concert will be presented with the help of many of the original TikTok creators, and they will all be credited and compensated for their work on the show.
