Everyone is missing theater right now — especially the casts around the world who are accustomed to bringing joy to audiences eight times a week. But just because everyone is isolating doesn’t mean that these performers can’t find a stage and a platform to share their talents.

Casts from shows come together (virtually) to perform songs that echo the feelings of the time. Whether they’re thanking healthcare workers or joining with their colleagues oversees or around the West End, these performances are certainly bringing us some solidarity in this uncertain time.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert
Just because we’re in quarantine doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate pride! Global casts of “Priscilla Queen of the Desert” came together to perform “Color My World,” and the result is amazingly colorful!

Global “SIX” Casts Come Together to Perform With Fans
They’re one of a kind, no category, and they’re coming to you live (taped) in (virtual) concert. The companies of “SIX” on Broadway, in the West End, and Australia joined together to sing (at a safe social distance) with the show’s queendom. Get ready to feel like you can conquer the world!

“Wicked” Thanks Healthcare Workers
The Broadway cast of “Wicked” came together to perform a touching rendition of “For Good,” thanking all the frontline workers for changing out lives for the better.

West End Stars Perform “Do You Hear the People Sing?”
We may not be in the middle of the French Revolution, but we are definitely in a revolutionary moments. Performers from across the West End came together to perform the rousing anthem from “Les Misérables.”

Casts of “Beautiful: The Carole King Musical” Sing “You’ve Got a Friend”
Actors from companies of “Beautiful” around the world joined together to perform the Carole King hit. Even though we’re all separated at this time, it’s a good reminder that we all still have friends to support us. Call your friend.

“Jersey Boys” Casts Perform “Who Loves You”
We could all use a little more love in our lives with everything going on in the world, and the casts of “Jersey Boys,” from La Jolla to London, got together to perform the classic Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons song. We love you “Jersey Boys”!

“Come From Away” Companies Thank Healthcare Workers
Get ready to break out the tissues. Casts of “Come From Away” from all over the world come together to read messages of thanks for healthcare workers and perform the show’s “Somewhere in the Middle of Nowhere.” The show’s message about coming together in a difficult time resonates strongly during our current moment.

Disney on Broadway Stars Perform “Go the Distance”
We all feel like we’re going the distance right now…even if that distance is from the couch to the fridge and back again. Cast members from Disney shows around the world came together to sing the “Hercules” song about enduring and making it through trying challenges.

Jagged Little Pill Cast Performs “Thank U”
We all should be saying “thank you” a lot more. Whether that’s by cheering and clapping for our essential workers in New York City at 7PM or by donating to causes that support people affected by COVID-19, gratitude is a great practice during this time. The Broadway company of “Jagged Little Pill” performs Alanis Morissette’s “Thank U” to express their appreciation.

Ain’t Too Proud Cast Performs “The Way You Do the Things You Do”
A little Motown is exactly what we need right now to lift our spirits. The Broadway company of The Temptations musical came together remotely to perform the group’s hit, and you can watch it here.
