About NSO DECLASSIFED: Ben Folds Presents

Ben Folds, Artistic Advisor to the NSO, hosts and headlines a special DECLASSIFIED concert featuring the world's premier pipa virtuoso Wu Man and “pop polymath” (The New York Times) composer/musician Jherek Bischoff, conducted by Ankush Kumar Bahl. Ben’s laid-back, late-night concert series defies the traditional symphony experience with exciting guest artists, pre/post-shows and parties, drink specials, and more—it's classical music, DECLASSIFIED.

This program is part of the NSO's DECLASSIFIED series—late-night Friday programs featuring boundary-breaking music, dynamic multimedia, exciting pre/post-concert performances and parties, and audience interaction.

“Come grab a drink and see some damn good music. It’s like coming over to my house, having a beer or a scotch, and dropping the needle on some awesome records. This series is especially good for those curious about classical music and, understandably, don’t know where to begin. You don’t have to dress up, just have a drink, sit back, and listen.”—Ben
